We strongly recommend booking services in advance to ensure your preferred time, service, and professional are available. However, same day appointments may be scheduled by contacting the spa directly at 770-303-3171.
Cancellation + Credit Card Policy
We require valid credit card information in order to hold all appointments. As a courtesy, we ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must reschedule or cancel appointments. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduled services occurring less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will be charged at full value. For services booked the same day, fifty percent of the value of the treatment(s) will be charged for cancellations or no-shows.
Group Cancellation + Credit Card Policy
We require valid credit card information and a 20% deposit to secure reservations for groups of 3 or more. A 20% gratuity will be added to all treatments for group services. The credit card on file will be charged in the event of:
Cancellations, no-shows, and/or changes within 3 days (72 hours) of scheduled services for groups of less than 5.
Cancellations, no-shows, and/or changes within one week (7 days) of scheduled services for groups of 5-10.
Cancellations, no-shows, and/or changes within two weeks (14 days) of scheduled services for groups of 11 or more.
All groups canceling within the days stated above will incur cancellation charges that include full price service fees and 20% gratuity.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This allows us to welcome you and introduce our facilities. Please understand late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments in order to prevent an inconvenience to the next guest, and the same treatment price will apply. Some late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any special requests or needs you may have. We will do our best to customize your service to ensure your maximum enjoyment and benefit.
For your convenience a 20% gratuity will be added to spa packages, groups of 3 or more, and spa parties which will be distributed to the appropriate staff.
What to Wear
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, but wear whatever makes you comfortable. A spa robe and slippers will be available inside of the private locker provided with all services. Please keep in mind that our therapists are fully trained to drape you discreetly and protect your privacy at all times. If you are planning on using our fitness facilities, pool, or saunas please be sure to bring the appropriate attire and shoes. Towels are provided.
In consideration of our other guests, please refrain from cell phone use and keep phones on silent.
Children + Teens
To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, children may not be left unattended, unless they are receiving services. Anyone under 18 will need signed written permission for services.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (with receipt) for on-account credit only for future retail purchases or services. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Available for any amount or service, SPA WAVERLY by Village Health gift certificates make perfect gifts for any occasion and are redeemable for services and spa retail. Our gift certificates are available for purchase on-site and by phone.
*Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire five (5) years from the purchase date. If certificate is not used for twelve (12) consecutive months, a service charge of $5.00 per month will be deducted from the balance until the card is used or depleted.
